Beatrice Gloria, 71, of Slaton, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024.

Rosary will be said at 9:30 Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Lubbock, followed by Celebration of Mass at 10:00 am. Services are under the direction of the family.

Beatrice was born on September 16, 1952, in Scotts Bluff, NE to Michael and Beatrice Gloria. She graduated from Slaton High school. During her life she lived in Thailand, Alamagordo, NM, and various Texas cities, living most of the time in Lubbock. She worked as a legal assistant for over 40 years, working until the age of 70. She loved spending time with her grandkids, cooking, and reading.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her son, Fabian Sanchez, and her brother, Mike Gloria.

Beatrice is survived by her sons, Roman Sanchez and his wife, Tanya of Keller and Michael Gutierrez and his wife, Abigal Galvan of Fort Worth; her sister, Sylvia Valdez and her husband, Freddy of Slaton; and her grandchildren, Michael Jr, Joanna, and Cianna Gutierrez and Gabrielle and Lilly Sanchez.
