Betty Blevins

Betty Blevins, 96, of Wilson, passed away Tuesday December 21, 2021.

The family will have a visitation Monday, December 27, 2021 from 10:00 am-12:00 pm at Englunds Chapel. A Graveside Service will be Monday, December 27, 2021 at 2:30 pm at Green Memorial Park in Wilson.  Arrangements are by Englunds Funeral Service of Slaton.

Betty was born March 7, 1925 in Tahoka to Percell and Blanche Swann. She graduated from Wilson High School in 1942. She married Jack Blevins in Clovis, New Mexico on May 9, 1942. They were life long residence of Wilson.  Betty worked for McDonald-Gatzki Gin from 1942-1968.  In 1968 she started working for Wilson Coop Gin and retired in 1998. They loved camping in their RV in Fredericksburg.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and three brothers, Bill, Garland, Jiggs and Bob Swann. 

Betty is survived by several nieces and nephews.
