Brandon L. King

Brandon King, of Lubbock 54, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020.

Viewing will be from 2-7 Friday, December 11 at the funeral home.

Graveside Services will be at 10:00 am Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Resthaven Cemetery in Southland.  Arrangements are under the direction of Englunds Funeral Service. Social distancing and mask are required.  Services will be live streamed on Englunds Funeral Service Facebook page. 

Brandon was born on July 23, 1966 in Lubbock to Laurence and Janis King. He graduated from Monterey High School. Brandon was a resident of The Company of Rockhouse in Lubbock where he performed various duties as well as working at the Texas Tech University Cafeteria. He participated in Special Olympics and loved to play his guitar and sing loudly. Brandon was the light in everyone’s darkness.

Brandon is survived by his parents, of Slaton; his brother, Lonny King and his wife, Kim of Lubbock; his niece, Chelsea Thero and her husband, Michael; his nephews, Joshua King, and Tyler King and his wife, Kryst’n; one great nephew; and three great nieces.
