Rosary Service will be at 6:00pm on Friday, February 27, 2026 at Englunds Funeral Chapel. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 am on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Lubbock. Interment will follow at Englewood Cemetery in Slaton. Arrangements are by Englunds Funeral Service of Slaton.

Carmen Cisneros passed to Eternal Life on February 25, 2026, at the age of 84 years old. She was born to Jesus and Manuela Perez on January 13, 1942, in Bertram, TX. On April 20, 1963, she married Macario Cisneros in Slaton, TX.  Carmen was a talented seamstress and enjoyed crocheting. She retired from Amigos Supermarket after 29 years of service. She was a long-time member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Lubbock.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters Sylvia and husband Ismael Rubio, and Suzanna Cisneros; Weeta to her grandchildren, Vicente Rubio, Marcos Rubio, Adán Rubio, Erica Martinez, and Joshua Martinez, her brothers, Francisco (Paco) Perez, and Stevan Perez; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Macario; her parents, Jesus and Manuela Perez; her brother, Jesus Perez, Jr. (Sonny); and her niece, Norma Perez.
