Edna Hoover

Edna Winn Hoover passed away Sunday morning, December 13, 2020 after some 93 years of good work. 

Graveside Services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Englewood Cemetery in Slaton.  No viewing or visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Englunds Funeral

Service. Social distancing and mask are required.  Services will be live streamed on Englunds Funeral Service Facebook page. 

Edna was born on August 2, 1927 in Commerce, Texas to Anderson and Laura Weir. 

She is preceded in death by her parents; her siblings; two husbands; two grandchildren; and many loved ones.   

Edna is survived by her daughter, Carla Linker and her husband Jerry of Lubbock; her son, Tom Winn and his wife Mary Anne of Florida; her grandchildren, Leonard Winn, Chelli Peek, and

John Linker; and eleven great-grandchildren.
