Felis Garcia-Miller left for her heavenly home on June 26, 2024.

A Memorial Service will be at 10:00 am Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Englunds Chapel. Inurnment will follow at Englewood Cemetery in Slaton. Arrangements are by Englunds Funeral Service of Slaton.

She was born in Slaton on June 14, 1959 to Audelia and Jesse Garcia. She graduated from Cooper High School in 1977. She spent her life as a mother, Ma, caretaker, and a friend. She had five children. Felis had a strong faith in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She was loved and she loved unconditionally.

Felis is preceded in death by her daughter, Jesseka Garcia and her son, Timothy Garcia.

Felis is survived by her parents, Audelia and Jesse Garcia; her sister, Loretta Torres; her sons, Andrew Garcia Miller and his wife, Kristin and Alex Garcia and his wife, Crystal; her daughter, Allie Garcia-Shaw and her husband, Corey; her daughter-in-law, Samantha Reyna; her niece, Jamie Torres; 17 grandchildren; and one great grandchild on the way.
