Francisco "Frank" Martinez

Francisco “Frank” Martinez, 69, of Slaton, passed away on December 23, 2020. 

Viewing will be 10-5 Monday, December 28, 2020 at the Englunds Chapel.

Private Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Englunds Chapel.  Interment will be in Englewood Cemetery in Slaton.  Social distancing and mask are required at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Englunds Funeral Service of Slaton. 

Frank was born December 3, 1951 in Mexico to Narciso and Carlota Martinez. He married Rachel Martinez on December 29, 1997 in Lubbock.  He worked as an auto body technician for over 47 years and was currently working for Bownds Body Shop in Slaton.  He also served in the ministry at Fire from on High Apostolic Church for the last year and a half and had served in the ministry for over 47 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers, Johnny, Narciso Jr., Steve, Domingo, Charles and Manuel Martinez. 

Frank is survived by his wife, Rachel; his sons, David and Samuel Martinez; his daughter, Carol Ann Martinez; his step-daughters, Jackie Guevara and Elaine Reyes; his sisters, Pauline Martinez, Andrea Millikan, and Rosemary Pena; his brothers, Louis, Robert and Lupe Martinez; and eight grandchildren.
