Gilbert Hiracheta, Jr., 60, of Richardson, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025.

Visitation will be 12:30-2:00 pm, Wednesday, January 8, 2025, followed by Funeral Services at 2:00 pm, at Englunds Chapel.  Arrangements are by Englunds Funeral Service of Slaton.

Gilbert was born on July 15, 1964 in Lubbock to Giberto Hiracheta, Sr. and Maria Mendoza  and was raised in New Home. Gilbert loved farming and was truck driver for many years. He also enjoyed bull riding and dancing; however, his passion was acting in short films.  And he loved the ladies.

He is preceded in death by his father and his sister, Sylvia Martinez.

Gilbert is survived by his sons, Gilbert Hiracheta III and his partner, Miguel Orona and Kenneth Ray Hiracheta, all of Lubbock; his daughter, Brittany Conoly of Dallas; his mother, Maria Gonzales of Richardson; his sister, Sueann Rios and her husband, Alvin of San Antonio; his brothers, D.  K. Gonzales and Joshua Gonzales, both of Richardson; and Gloria Foulks, favorite cousin and best friend, of Garland.
