Kevin Gerber

Kevin Paul Gerber, 63, of Anton, passed away on April 15, 2026

A Family Led Memorial Mass will take place at 10:00 am Friday, April 24, 2026 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Lubbock.

Kevin was born on November 4, 1962 in Hobbs, New Mexico to Edmund Michael and Eileen Elizabeth Gerber. He graduated from Dumas High School in 1980. He went to work for Phillips Petroleum  and its subsidiaries and retired after 33 years.  After he retired, he raised miniature Hereford cows. He loved reading, camping and fishing, and spending time with his nephews and nieces.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, his father, Edmund Michael Gerber, and his sister, Danene Marie Gerber.

Kevin is survived by his mother, Eileen Gerber of Anton; his brothers, Kyle Gerber and his wife, Jan of Yukon, OK, and Dwayne Gerber and his wife, Micki of Lubbock; his nephews and nieces, Garrett, Brett, Grayson, Blake, Chris, and Kailey Gerber; and many aunt, uncles and cousins.
