Lisa Sue Picon

Lisa Sue Picon, 57, of Lubbock, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2023.

Private family viewing only. Visitation will be 6:00-7:00 pm Thursday, March 2, 2023 at Englunds. Funeral Services will be 10:30 am Friday, March 3, 2023 at Englunds Chapel. Interment will follow in Peaceful Gardens Cemetery in Woodrow under the direction of Englunds Funeral Service of Slaton.

Lisa was born on November 4, 1965 in Slaton to Jesus and Juanita Flores. She married Rick Picon in Lubbock on December 20, 2014.  She worked as a private caregiver most of her life.  Lisa was very involved with The Acts Church in Lubbock. She loved to play her keyboard.

She was preceded in death by her father; Jesus D. Flores; and her brother, Jesse Flores, Jr.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Rick Picon of Lubbock; her daughters, Clarisa Roque of Lubbock, Adeline Pina of Slaton, Cynthia Flores and her husband, Eric of Hereford, Patricia Gutierrez and her husband, Kevin of Crosbyton, Gabrielle Garza and her husband, Robert of Lubbock, and Jasmine Garza and her husband Aaron of Lubbock; her mother, Juanita Flores of Lubbock; her sons, Donovan Picon and Dominic Picon and Mariah Bernal, all of Lubbock; her brothers, Moses Flores, Mario Flores and his wife Laticia, and Noe Flores, all of Lubbock; her sisters, Judy Flores, Jeannie Orta and her husband Rudy, and Peggy Flores, all of Lubbock; twenty-four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
