Patricia (Pat) Sullivan McDearmon, 72, of Slaton, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2025. 

Memorial Services will be at 1:00 pm Friday, March 7, 2025, at Englunds Chapel. Arrangements are by Englunds Funeral Service of Slaton.

Pat was born on May 30, 1952, to Travis and Vera Sullivan in Cleburne, TX. She was baptized in 1961 and was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Cleburne.  She graduated from Cleburne High School in 1970 and attended Hill Jr. College and South Plains College.  She and her husband, Willie, started McDearmon Construction in 1997 and she worked as Office Manager for D & L Masonry for 21 years.  She worked previously for Falcon Sprinkler Systems, West Texas Hospital and Highland Medical Center.

She was a loving Wife, Mother, and Grandma.  She enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping with Willie and tending to her flowers, and she was an avid reader.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her five brothers, Marvin Sullivan, William “Bill” Sullivan, Kenneth Howard, Paul Howard, and James “Milton” Howard; and her sister, Gloria Howard Livingston.

Pat is survived by her husband, Willie; her son, Woody Theeck and his wife, Donna of Pensacola, FL.; her stepdaughter, Stacy Mcdearmon of Lubbock; her step-son, Scott McDearmon and his wife, Gail of Lubbock; seven step-grandchildren, Brittany McDearmon of Lubbock, Charles Moore and his wife, Melanie, Melissa McDearmon and Matthew McDearmon of Lubbock, Sean McDearmon and his wife, Jasmyne of Lubbock, Charlie Bullock and his wife, Hannah of Tahoka, and Clint Braddock of Lubbock; eight step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
