Bo had many hobbies, as a young man.  He loved the Rodeo and was involved in Bare-back Riding while attending San Angelo High School.  He was a rodeo clown with his mule which he trained himself.  He also became known as quite a guitar player and song writer.

Bo returned to San Angelo to start his new career as a Railroad Hand.  He worked as a Conductor for the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad for 41 years.  It was during this time that Bo met and married the love of his life Abisue’ Ramos in December of 1962.  They had 2 sons whom they dearly loved.  They raised their boys in Slaton, Texas, where they lived for 50 years before he retired.  After he retired, he and Abi moved to Lubbock, Texas where they lived together until Bo went to be with the Lord.
