Sandra “Sande” Reeves, 68, of Slaton, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024.

Private family viewing only. Visitation will be 6-7pm Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Englunds Chapel. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, October 25, 2024, at Mighty Oak Assembly of God. Interment will follow at Englewood Cemetery. Arrangements are by Englunds Funeral Service of Slaton.

Sande was born on February 20, 1956, in Poteau, OK. to Dennis and Audrene Parham. At the age of twelve, she and her family moved to Brownfield.  When she was seventeen, they moved to Floydada where she met the love of her life, Terry Reeves. They were married four months later and recently celebrated 51 years of marriage. Terry and Sande moved to Slaton in 1987 where she worked for The Firm. She started a Home Day Care and when Terry became a pastor in 1999, she devoted herself to being a devoted pastor’s wife, which included a devotion to the church. Sande was creative as an artist, a cook, a baker, a singer, or anything she put her mind to.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Sande is survived by her husband, Terry; her daughters, Cyan Batchelor and her husband, David Faed of Lubbock and Nha Le of Lubbock; her son, Terry Neil Reeves and his wife, Melynda of Lubbock; her mother, Audrene Parham of Paris, AR;  her sisters, Brenda Parham of Paris AR. and Darla Payne and her husband, Mike of Clarksville, AR; her brothers, David Parham and his wife, Sonia of Paris AR. and Mike Parham and his wife, Jessica of Ozark, AR.;  her grandchildren, Chloe Alvarado, Connor Reeves, Abel, Fabian, and Adrian Le, Austin Batchelor and Lucas Faed; and her great-grandson, Anderson Alvarado.
