Steven Lavender

Steven Don Lavender, 66, of Odessa passed away on December 3, 2019, at 11:31 p.m. surrounded by love and the thoughts of his family. 

Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 Saturday, December 7, 2019 at the funeral home.Funeral services will be 2:00 p. m. Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Englunds Chapel.  Interment will follow in Elglewood Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Englunds Funeral Service and Chapel in Slaton.

Steven Don Lavender was born on September 18, 1953 to Barbara Horn Lavender and Alton Lavender. On June 20, 1975 he married Diana Kirkpatrick.

He is survived by three children, Jerry Dwayne Lavender, Carrie Elaine Hickerson, and Krystal Nicole Villacorta; one brother, Lanny Niel Lavender;  two sisters, Christi Jan Wooten and Sheryl Lynn Barclay;  8 grandchildren, Angelica Lavender, Brian Lavender, Autumn Hickerson, Amber Hickerson, Hailey Hickerson, Harmony Hickerson, Jeremiah Villacorta, Amelia Villacorta, and our adopted grandaughter, Dariyn; and many nieces and nephews.
