Tyler (Ty) Lane Barron, 56, of Slaton, Tx went to be with our heavenly father December 3, 2023.

Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 am Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Lubbock, (3708-45th) followed by a Family Led Memorial Service at 11:00 am.

Ty was born July 18, 1967, in Lubbock Tx to Alton and Dixie Barron. Ty grew up in Lubbock and graduated from Coronado High School in 1985. He attended Texas Tech. He worked in the automotive service industry for most of his adult life. He enjoyed being a service manager and took pride in taking care of his customers. He was known around town as the honest mechanic.

He had a love for his family and friends like no other. A genuine heart of gold. Ty loved to cook and hang out around a fire and listen to all kinds of music. We all jokingly asked if we would be eating on “Ty time”.  It seemed he was always running a little behind.

Ty’s favorite vacations were going to the beach and building a rather large fire by the ocean. Oh, the stories that have been told and the memories that will be cherished. Ty was the most caring and giving man and will be missed by many.

Ty was survived by his wife, Stacie Polozola-Barron of Slaton; his 2 children and 3 bonus children, Tate Barron of Lubbock, Isabella Barron of Slaton, Madyson Polozola of Lubbock, Matthew Polozola of Lubbock and MaKenna Polozola of Slaton; his Mother, Dixie Barron of Lubbock; his brother, Troy Barron and wife, Emily of Whitesboro; his sister, Jennifer Barron Heal and husband, John of Austin; his nephew, Tanner Barron; and nieces, Hailey, Maddie & Murphy.

He was preceded in death by his father Alton Barron and his sister Danna Barron.
